San Francisco, California: Meta-owned WhatsApp has announced the rollout of new features, including emoji reactions, larger files, and groups, in order to make the messaging program more user-friendly. 

 According to the corporation, it is gradually rolling out the option to add up to 512 people to a group, up from 256 previously. "We're thrilled to announce that emoji replies are now available in the app's most recent edition.

 Reactions are entertaining, quick, and help to avoid group overload. "We'll keep developing them in the future by providing an even broader spectrum of expressions," the business said in a blog post. "In addition, you may now send files up to 2GB in size within WhatsApp at a time," says the company.

For larger files, WhatsApp suggests using WiFi, and it will show a counter while uploading or downloading to let users know how long the transfer will take.

WhatsApp is also working on a new group function that will allow managers to delete any message for all group members.
